Patrick Vieira put Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp up front in 'greatest' Arsenal team - but there's no room for Cesc Fabregas and Marc Overmars
The former Arsenal captain was asked to name an XI based on those he played with
Patrick Vieira selected an Arsenal team dominated by those who were part of the 'Invincibles' who won the 2003/2004 Premier League when asked to name the greatest XI he played alongside.
Among those selected, only David Seaman, Tony Adams and Emmanuel Petit were not a part of that side. The players left out by Vieira to ensure their inclusion were Jens Lehmann, Kolo Toure and Gilberto Silva.
Others who played with Vieira who may feel aggrieved not to be included include Marc Overmars, Nicolas Anelka, Ray Parlour and Martin Keown - all of whom made significant contributions during their time alongside the Frenchman.
Cesc Fabregas and Robin van Persie were also eligible for inclusion, although they and Vieira only played together regularly during his final season before leaving for Juventus.
