Nottingham Forest get back to winning ways with a 2-1 success over West Ham thanks to goals from Gibbs-White and Milenkovic, to put the pressure on those around them in the battle to qualify for Europe next season. They got off to the perfect start when they were gifted a goal from Areola, with Gibbs-White capitalising and powering Forest in front after 11 minutes. They led at the break and doubled their lead after the hour mark, when Milenkovic glanced home a header and despite a lengthy VAR check for offside, the goal was allowed to stand. West Ham finally came to life after going two goals down and Bowen produced a superb volley late on to pull one back for the Hammers, but they couldn’t then go on and get another, with Forest claiming the three points. This means that only three points separate Arsenal in second and Forest in seventh, making it a very interesting end of the season and Forest face Chelsea next weekend in the final game, who currently sit just one point above them in fourth.
